Voice Broadcast

LSSiDATA offers the ability to broadcast messages, promotions, alerts or information via automated telephone calls with peer division VoltDelta OnDemand's DeltaCast Outbound Calling Solution. This hosted system accepts audio files in .wav format that can be recorded over the phone or by using available audio editing tools.

DeltaCast automatically calls and plays the message to the list of recipients that is uploaded into the campaign management system. This list can be processed using SmartMatch against the National Directory Assistance data base and the Wireless Datato ensure accuracy and to minimize erroneous message deliveries. Recipients can also engage with interactive voice recognition dialogs or be transferred to an agent.

DeltaCast allows managers to throttle outbound calls based on agent availability. A graphical user interface tracks progress in near real-time. Voice broadcast can be used for a wide variety of alert, verification, or general marketing outreach programs. Note that all outbound efforts must comply with FCC and DNC (Do Not Call) guidelines.
