CallMatch

CallMatch is the revolutionary product from LSSiDATA that enables contact centers to know more about the caller before the call is handled. CallMatch takes the ANI from the contact center’s PBX and performs a variety of database look-ups from LSSiDATA’s proprietary data sets and returns a complete profile of the caller. With a complete understanding of the caller the contact center can better route the call, pre-populate fields and pop the most appropriate script.

With the telephone number gathered by the PBX is passed to CallMatch, the product returns data including: Name, Address, Gender, DOB, and Credit Score Predictor. All these data elements enable the contact to automatically route the call according to profiles and business rules, route calls to the most appropriate agent, pre-populate screens, reduce call times and increase caller satisfaction.

Implementing CallMatch is simple; the contact center’s PBX – either on premise or hosted – passes the ANI and CallMatch returns the output data to the existing ACD system. Getting started is easy.
